Passive immunotherapeutics for                             Select Agents

As part of the regional center, core labs offer support services for biodefense and emerging infectious diseases research to investigators from academia and research institutions as well as biotech and pharmaceutical companies within the region. These labs aid researchers with performing basic research, testing and evaluating vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics for the NIAID Category A to C pathogens. The existence of these core facilities maximizes the efficiency and speed of biodefense research for the RCEs.
